Role or Access Needed
To edit a blueprint in Agentforce Operations: Admin role, Creator role, or a user with Edit access for the blueprint

How you open a blueprint for editing depends on whether it's a draft or a published blueprint. Draft blueprints are edited directly. Published blueprints require you to create a new version first, which generates an editable draft.

Edit a Draft Blueprint

Draft blueprints aren't published and are edited directly.

  1. In the navigation sidebar, click Blueprints.
  2. Click the Draft blueprints tab.
  3. Click Edit on the blueprint that you want to edit.
  4. Make your changes.

Edit a Published Blueprint

You can't directly edit a published blueprint. To make changes to the blueprint, create a new version of the blueprint. The new version is a draft that you can edit and then publish when ready.

  1. In the navigation sidebar, click Blueprints.
  2. Check that you're in the Published blueprints tab.
  3. On the blueprint you want to edit, click the three-dot dropdown list.
  4. Click New version.

A new draft version of the blueprint opens in the editor. You can now make changes and publish the updated version when ready.

  5. Make your changes.
