Remove a Linked Workflow in Agentforce Operations

Remove a Linked Workflow in Agentforce Operations

After a workflow starts running from a blueprint, you can unlink a child workflow from the parent workflow without deleting the child workflow.

Required Editions

License Required

This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Operations license.

To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive.

Role or Access Needed
To edit a blueprint in Agentforce Operations: Admin role, Creator role, or a user with Edit access for the blueprint
  1. Open the parent workflow.
  2. Click the trash can icon on the linked child workflow task.
  3. Click Unlink workflow.

Agentforce Operations removes the child workflow from the parent but doesn't delete it. To delete the child workflow fully, open the child workflow and delete it from its About tab.
