Track a Child Workflow Running from a Parent Workflow in Agentforce Operations
When a linked child workflow task starts, Agentforce Operations creates the child
workflow and notifies the workflow owner by email. To view child workflow information, open the
child workflow’s task in the parent workflow.
Required Editions
License Required
This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires
an Agentforce Operations license.
To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account
executive.
Role or Access Needed
To edit a blueprint in Agentforce Operations:
Admin role, Creator role, or a user with Edit access for the blueprint
Open the parent workflow.
Click the linked child workflow task.
The audit history on the task card includes any problems, messages, or information the
child workflow passed back.
To get more details, click Open workflow.
To navigate back to the parent workflow, click the parent workflow name.
