Publish a Blueprint in Agentforce Operations
Publish a blueprint to make it available for others to use in Agentforce Operations.

- In the navigation sidebar, click Blueprints.
- Locate the blueprint that you want to publish.
- Click the three-dot dropdown list next to the blueprint's name.
- Click Publish blueprint.

If needed, enter version notes to differentiate this new published version from any other
versions.
Users with the Publisher role and View access can’t enter version notes. They need Edit access. If you don't want to give the Publisher Edit access, enter the version notes in the About tab of the blueprint.
- Click Publish.
The blueprint is published and available for others to use to start workflows.
Note If your blueprint includes AI agent tasks, each task must have a saved plan before you
can publish. Open the AI agent task, go to the Test tab, run the agent,
and save the plan. The plan locks on publish. See Get AI Agent Tasks Ready for Run Time in Agentforce Operations.
Note If you can't publish a blueprint, your blueprint might exceed a blueprint limit. Resolve the
exceeded limit, and then publish. See Blueprint Limits in Agentforce Operations.
