Bulk Workflow Creation Validation Rules in Agentforce Operations
Review the validation rules that apply when you create workflows from a CSV file in Agentforce Operations.

Default Column Validations
These validations apply to the default columns in every bulk workflow creation template.

| Name | Required field. The value must be unique for each row in the CSV. | Error |
| Tags | All tags must exist in the workspace. Enter multiple tags as a comma-separated list. | Error |
Custom Intake Field Validations
The following validations apply to custom intake fields configured in the blueprint.

| Currency | Value must respect the configured minimum and maximum for the field. Value must respect the number of decimals configured for the field. | Error |
| Date | Value must respect the date range configured for the field. Valid formats: MM/DD/YYYY, YYYY-MM-DD, or other date-compatible formats. | Error |
| Document | The filename must be included in the uploaded documents. File extensions must match
the field options. External links are supported only if the field permits them. Document
filenames can include these special characters: !"*#$%&/()-. New line
characters aren’t allowed. |

A single value is required when the multi-value toggle is off. If the user exists in the workspace, validation passes. If the user doesn't exist and you have the required access to add users, the validation passes with a warning and the user is invited when the workflow is created.
