Check for validation errors and warnings.
Issues are flagged and sorted to the top of the table. You must fix all problems before you can start the workflows. Warnings don't block submission but it's recommended that you review them. For a complete list of validation rules, see Bulk Workflow Creation Validation Rules in Agentforce Operations.
If you enter a user who doesn't exist in the workspace, the validation result depends on your access level:
- If you have the required access to add users, the issue appears as a warning and you can create the workflows. After Agentforce Operations creates the workflows, it sends invites to the new users.
- If you don't have the required access to add users, the issue appears as an error and you must fix the error before you can create workflows.
To fix issues, you can:
- Edit the data directly in the table, or
- Go back to the previous step and upload a corrected CSV file.
-
When all the problems are resolved, click Next: Start
workflows.
The workflows are queued for creation. You receive an email when Agentforce Operations has created all the workflows. The email shows the successfully created workflows and the workflows that failed. If any workflows failed, the email includes a CSV file of the errors that you can correct and re-upload.
The time it takes to create all the workflows depends on the number of workflows in the CSV, their complexity, and other activity in your workspace.
