To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive.

          Role or Access Needed
To create a blueprint from scratch, using AI, or by importing a .rex file in Agentforce Operations: Admin role or Creator role

To create a blueprint by importing a .docx file in Agentforce Operations:

          Admin role
To publish a blueprint in Agentforce Operations: Admin role or Publisher role with View access for the blueprint
To edit a blueprint in Agentforce Operations: Admin role, Creator role, or a user with Edit access for the blueprint

Use an email task to notify people outside your workflow. For example, send a status update to a stakeholder or a request to an external party. Recipients can be anyone, not just Agentforce Operations users. You can personalize the email by using field values from the workflow.

          1. Create a blueprint or edit an existing blueprint.
          2. In the blueprint, in a stage, click + Automation and select Email.
          3. Enter a task name.
Use a clear name that describes the email, such as Email manager about change.
          4. For Start, select when the email sends.
            1. To send the email when the stage starts, select When the stage starts.
            2. To send the email after another task in the stage ends, select After another task ends. Then select the task to complete before the email sends.
            3. To send the email on a specific date, select On a specific date. Then click the calendar icon or enter numbers for month, day, and year.
          5. For To, enter the recipient email addresses or select people, roles, or teams.
          6. For Subject, enter a subject line for the email.
To include a field value in the subject, type @ followed by the field name. The field's value replaces the merge field when the workflow runs. Field names and their values are visible to anyone with access to the task.
          7. For Body, enter the email body.
To include a field value in the body, type @ followed by the field name. The field's value replaces the merge field when the workflow runs. Field names and their values are visible to anyone with access to the task.
          8. Click Add.
