You can add fields directly to a task to collect specific information from task assignees. When you add fields individually, they appear as simple input fields on the task without extra formatting. This works well for tasks that need only a few pieces of information. For tasks that require many fields or structured layouts, use a form instead.
If you don't see the field that you need, click + Add field at the end of the list to create a new one. Learn more in Create Custom Fields in Agentforce Operations.
Agentforce Operations adds the field to the task. Task assignees see the field when they complete the task.
