          Create Custom Fields in Agentforce Operations

          Create custom fields to collect information from users. You can create custom fields from the Fields page, a task, or the Form Builder.

          Required Editions

          License Required

          This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Operations license.

          To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive.

          Role or Access Needed
          To manage fields in Agentforce Operations: Admin role or Creator role

          Create a Field from the Fields Page

          Add a reusable custom field from the Fields tab so it's available across all blueprints.

          1. In the navigation sidebar, click Fields.
          2. Click + Add field.
          3. Enter a unique name for the field.
          4. Optionally, add helper text to give users guidance when they enter a value for the field.
          5. Select a field type. For a list of available field types, see Field Types in Agentforce Operations.
          6. Configure the field options based on the selected type and your needs.
            Agentforce Operations saves the field and makes it available to add to any blueprint or form.

          Create a Field from a Task

          Create a custom field from within a task while editing a blueprint.

          1. In the navigation sidebar, click Blueprints.
          2. On the Draft blueprints tab, locate the blueprint and click Edit.
          3. Click the task where you want to add the field.
          4. In the Request information section, click + Add field or role.
          5. If the field you need isn't listed, click + Add field at the end of the list of fields.
          6. Enter a unique name for the field.
          7. Optionally, add helper text to give users guidance when they enter a value for the field.
          8. Select a field type. For a list of available field types, see Field Types in Agentforce Operations.
          9. Configure the field settings based on the selected type and your needs.
            Agentforce Operations saves the field and makes it available to add to any blueprint or form.
