The Home page gives you an immediate snapshot of recent activity and running processes. As a process manager or workflow owner, you can see the health and status of all the workflows you have access to in one place.
By default, Agentforce Operations sorts workflows by latest activity so the most recent updates appear at the top.
Each workflow on the Home page shows color-coded statuses for the workflow's stages so you can quickly gauge progress. For details about what each status and color means, see Workflow Statuses in Agentforce Operations.
The Home page opens to the All Workflows view by default, showing all workflows you have access to. The default columns are Status, Workflow, % Complete, Latest Activity, Open Tasks, Start Date, End Date, Workflow Owner, and Blueprint. The % Complete column shows the percentage of tasks completed out of the total tasks in the workflow. Open Tasks lists the workflow's incomplete tasks. Click to see them. To add more columns such as Version # or Blueprint ID, click Columns and search for and select the columns you want.
Use list views to save filter and column configurations so you can quickly access the workflows most relevant to you. Create views for specific teams, project types, or workflow statuses. Share views with colleagues so everyone sees the same filtered list. For details, see Manage Home Workflow List Views in Agentforce Operations.
To narrow your view by tag, add the Tags column and apply a tag filter. For details, see Filter Workflows by Tags in Agentforce Operations.
Open a workflow to review stage and task details, check due dates, view activity history, and spot bottlenecks. For tips on what to monitor and where to find it, see Tracking Workflows in Agentforce Operations.
To export workflow data, click Export on the Home page. Select Workflows to export workflow-level data or Task details to include individual task data in the export. For details, see Manage Workflow Data in Agentforce Operations.
