To create a custom HTTP integration first, see Create a Custom HTTP Integration in Agentforce Operations.

  1. Create a blueprint or edit an existing blueprint.
  2. In the blueprint, in the stage where you want to add the automation, click + Automation.
  3. Point to Custom HTTP and select the name of the integration that you want to use.
  4. Optionally, enter a different name for the task.
