The following events trigger email notifications. The columns show which users receive each notification.

Note Automation tasks never trigger notifications. Agentforce Operations automatically sends a
task alert when a task assigned to you becomes overdue. Task alerts are sent once when the task
passes its due date and can't be turned off.
