          Report a Problem with a Task in Agentforce Operations

          Flag an in-progress task that has an issue so the workflow owner and other stakeholders know that the task needs attention in Agentforce Operations.

          Required Editions

          License Required

          This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Operations license.

          To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive.

          You can only report a problem on a task that's in progress. or overdue

          When a task has an issue, report a problem to alert the workflow owner. Reporting a problem changes the workflow's status to Problem on the Home page so it's visible to anyone tracking the workflow.

          1. In the navigation sidebar, click Home.
          2. Find the workflow that contains the problematic task and open it.
          3. Open the task that has the issue.
          4. Click Report a problem.
          5. Enter a description of the problem and click Report problem.
            The task is flagged with a problem indicator and the workflow's status changes to Problem on the Home page.
