          User Permissions Needed
To manage user data in Agentforce Operations: Admin role or People Admin role

Before you begin, make sure that you have:

          • An Agentforce Operations license.
          • The welcome email with access instructions.
          • The Admin role for your workspace.
          • A list of users who need access to the workspace.
          • Documentation or a description of the business process that you want to automate.

When you purchase Agentforce Operations, Salesforce provisions a workspace for your business. The workspace is external to your Salesforce org. When the workspace is ready, you receive a welcome email with access instructions.

Follow these steps to get your workspace ready for your team.

          1. Log in to your workspace.
Use the invitation link in your welcome email to access your workspace for the first time. For details, see Logging In to Agentforce Operations.
          2. Review user roles and permissions.
Roles control what users can see and do in your workspace. Familiarize yourself with the system roles before you invite anyone. For details, see User Roles and Permissions.
          3. Add users to your workspace.
Invite team members so they can participate in workflows. For details, see Add Users to Your Workspace.
          4. Create a blueprint.
Build a reusable template for an automated process. Describe your process to generate one with AI, or build one from scratch. For details, see Create a Blueprint.
          5. Create and start a workflow.
Launch a workflow from your blueprint to automate a business process. For details, see Create and Start a Workflow.

Your workspace is set up. You can now design blueprints, start workflows, and track progress from the Home page.
