Agentforce Operations offers two levels of settings: workspace settings that apply to everyone in the workspace, and personal settings that control your individual experience. Workspace settings include branding, business hours, and how task information appears Personal settings include notification preferences and out-of-office responses.
Workspace settings affect all users and control workspace-wide behavior. Only users with the Admin role can modify workspace settings. These settings include:

Personal settings control your individual experience in Agentforce Operations. Each user can manage their own personal settings without affecting other users.
