Personal settings control your individual experience in Agentforce Operations. Each user manages their own personal settings from their user account. These settings don't affect other users or workspace-wide behavior.
You can access your personal settings by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner of the workspace and selecting Settings.
Choose which events trigger email notifications and how often you receive them. Control notification frequency to stay informed without being overwhelmed. You can turn off all notifications or customize them by type, such as weekly digest, assigned task updates, or CC'd task updates. Set automatic responses when you're unavailable and optionally reassign your tasks to someone else. Your out-of-office message appears when people try to assign tasks to you or view your profile. You can schedule your out-of-office period in advance and choose whether to automatically reassign tasks or keep them assigned to you.
