Configure Your Workspace Settings in Agentforce Operations
Configure workspace-wide settings in Agentforce Operations from the Admin settings page or from the workspace name.

Workspace settings control how Agentforce Operations looks and behaves for everyone in your organization. You manage most workspace settings from the Admin settings page. To rename the workspace, enter the new name by clicking the current name. Changes apply to all users in the workspace.
Set Up Workspace Branding
Customize your workspace navigation sidebar and emails by applying your company’s colors and logo.
In admin settings, the Personalization configuration panel has separate sections for the navigation sidebar and for emails. A live preview updates as you make changes so you can verify how your brand looks before saving. Contact your brand team for the correct hexadecimal color values and logo files.
- In the navigation sidebar, click Admin.
- Click the Settings tab.
- In the Personalization section, click Edit.

In the Sidebar section, customize the sidebar appearance:
- For Logo, click or drop a PNG file to upload your company logo. Agentforce Operations resizes it automatically.
- For Text and Icons, enter the hexadecimal color value for sidebar text and icons.
- For Background, enter the hexadecimal color value for the sidebar background.

In the Emails section, customize the email logo:
- To use the same logo as the sidebar, select Same as sidebar.
- To use a different logo, click or drop a PNG file to upload a separate email logo.
- Click Save.
Agentforce Operations applies your branding to the app sidebar and emails for all users in the workspace.
Set Task Due Dates for Business Hours
Select whether to allow setting task due dates for any day or time, or only for regular business hours. The business calendar settings only apply to tasks that haven’t started. Completed and In Progress tasks aren’t affected.
Choose from these options:
- Default:
- Tasks can be due anytime, including weekends and at any hour.
- Business calendar:
- Tasks can only be due Monday through Friday, or from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or both Monday through Friday, or from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This applies only to tasks due dates set to Time to complete.
- In the navigation sidebar, click Admin.
- Click the Settings tab.
- In the Business calendar section, click Edit.
- Select Default or Business calendar.

If you selected Business calendar, select whether you want:
- Only Monday through Friday, but at any time
- Only 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but 7 days a week
- Only Monday through Friday and only from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Click Save
Agentforce Operations uses the business calendar to calculate task due dates for all users in the workspace.
Set Task Information Order
Show requested information before showing shared information to a user in workflow tasks.
- In the navigation sidebar, click Admin.
- Click the Settings tab.
- In the Task information order section, select Show requested information before shared information on or off.
Agentforce Operations updates the task information order for all users in the workspace.
