Logging In to Agentforce Operations
Log in to Agentforce Operations by using your invite email, and learn when you need to log in and when you don't need to log in.
Required Editions
| License Required |
|---|
This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Operations license. To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive. |
Agentforce Operations is invite-only. Only users added by another user can access the workspace. Users can’t sign up directly.
When Logging In Is Necessary
Not everything in Agentforce Operations requires logging in to the workspace. Completing a task by email or web form, such as approving an item or filling out information, works without logging in. When a task is assigned to you, you receive an email with instructions for completing it without logging in.
Logging in is required for features such as viewing the Home Page, creating blueprints, managing users, and granting access levels.
Logging In for the First Time
When you're added to Agentforce Operations, you receive a Welcome to Agentforce Operations email. Click Accept Invite and follow the prompts to complete sign-in setup. Agentforce Operations supports two log in methods.
- Password
- Create a password to use with your email address. Your password must be at least 15 characters and include at least 3 of these: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Your organization’s Salesforce org may use a different password policy. Contact your Salesforce Admin if you have questions about requirements.
- SSO (Single Sign-On)
- Log in by using your organization’s identity provider. SSO is configured in your Salesforce org. If SSO is enabled for your workspace, you're redirected to your organization’s login page when you log in.
Each user account is tied to one log in method. To log in after the first time, go to your workspace URL and log in with your chosen method.
If you can’t find your invite email, go to the login page and click Resend email invite, then enter your email address and click Send.
Session Timeout
By default, Agentforce Operations signs you out after 2 hours of inactivity. Your Salesforce Admin can configure the session timeout for your organization in the Salesforce org.
Device Verification
When you log in from an unrecognized device, Agentforce Operations follows Salesforce device verification requirements and sends a verification email, if that's how your org is set up. Device verification is required only one time per device.
ActionGuard Verification
Agentforce Operations uses ActionGuard to protect task links in notification emails from being consumed by email security scanners. If you see an ActionGuard verification page when you click a task link, confirm that you’re a human user to proceed to your task.
