Stage Start Conditions in Agentforce Operations

Review the start condition options available when you create or edit a stage in a blueprint in Agentforce Operations.

Required Editions

License Required

This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Operations license.

To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive.

Stage Start Conditions

Start Condition Execution Behavior
When the workflow starts The stage activates immediately when the workflow starts. This is the default for the first stage.
Based on specific workflow conditions The stage starts when the workflow starts, but only if the workflow meets specific criteria. For example, the stage starts if Region equals Asia.
After the previous stage completes The stage starts automatically after the directly preceding stage finishes.
After specific stages The stage waits for one or more specific stages to complete. Use this option to merge multiple branches back into one path.
Based on specific stage conditions The stage starts only after specified previous stages finish and data meets specific criteria.
On a specific date The stage remains locked until a designated calendar date.
