          Role or Access Needed
To edit a blueprint in Agentforce Operations: Admin role, Creator role, or a user with Edit access for the blueprint

You can add tags only to draft blueprints. You can’t add or edit tags on a published blueprint. To update tags on a published blueprint, create a new version first.

You can add multiple tags to a blueprint. Tags you add to a blueprint apply to all workflows that run from it.

To add tags to a blueprint:

          1. Create a blueprint or edit an existing blueprint.
          2. In the blueprint, click the About tab.
          3. Click Edit blueprint details.
          4. In the Tags field, select the tags you want to assign to the blueprint.
          5. Click Save changes.

Agentforce Operations applies the selected tags to the blueprint and all workflows that run from it.

You can filter workflows by tags in the Home page workflow list view. Learn more about filtering by tags in Filter Workflows by Tags in Agentforce Operations.
