Use tags to classify blueprints and workflows in Agentforce Operations. Use tag categories to organize your tags in the list of tags. You can filter workflows by tags in the Home page workflow list view.

Add tags to a blueprint to categorize it. For example, create tags High, Medium, Low, and then assign High to blueprints that are high priority. The tags set on a blueprint are also set on any workflow that runs from that blueprint.
Tag categories enable you to group related tags together so they're easier to find when selecting tags. For example, add Priority as a tag category for your High, Medium, and Low tags so they're grouped together in the tag selection menu.
Use tags as filters on workflow list views to make it easier to find workflows based on specific classifications.
Create tags and tag categories from the Tags page. Define the categories first, then create tags within those categories so they stay organized. To learn more, see Create Tags and Tag Categories in Agentforce Operations.
After you create tags, add them to draft blueprints. Any workflow started from the blueprint inherits its tags, which lets you filter and find related workflows later. To learn more, see Add Tags to a Blueprint in Agentforce Operations.
