            Create Tags and Tag Categories in Agentforce Operations

            Create tags and tag categories to classify and organize blueprints and workflows in Agentforce Operations.

            Required Editions

            License Required

            This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Operations license.

            To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive.
            User Permissions Needed
            To manage tags and tag categories in Agentforce Operations: Admin role or Creator role

            Create a Tag

            1. In the navigation sidebar, click Tags.
            2. Click + Add tag.
            3. In the window that opens, enter a name for the tag.
            4. In the Tag category field, select a category.
            5. Click Add

            Agentforce Operations creates the tag and makes it available to add.

            Create a Tag Category

            1. In the navigation sidebar, click Tags.
            2. Click + Add tag.
            3. In the window that opens, scroll to the end of the tag categories in the Tag category field and click + Add tag category.
            4. In the window that opens, enter a name for the tag category.
            5. Click Add.

            Agentforce Operations creates the tag category and makes it available when creating or editing tags.
