Filter Workflows by Tags in Agentforce Operations

Filter the workflows list view on the Home page by tag to find workflows with specific classifications in Agentforce Operations.

Required Editions

License Required

This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Operations license.

To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive.

Role or Access Needed
To manage workflow list views in Agentforce Operations: Admin role, Creator role,or a user with Edit access for the blueprint or workflow

Before you can filter by tags, create tags and add them to the blueprint. The tags on a blueprint apply to all workflows that run from it. To learn about creating and adding tags, see Organize Workflows with Tags and Tag Categories in Agentforce Operations

  1. In the navigation sidebar, click Home.
    The list of workflows appears.
  2. Click Columns, then search for and select Tags.
    This step adds the Tags column to the list view so you can filter on it.
  3. Click Apply.
    The window closes and the workflows list view appears on the Home page with the Tags column visible.
  4. Click Filters, then click Add filter.
  5. In the first dropdown, select Tags.
  6. In the second dropdown, select Contains any of.
  7. In the third dropdown, select the tags you want to filter by.
  8. Click Apply.
    Agentforce Operations filters the workflows list to show only workflows that have the selected tags.
  9. Optionally, save the filtered list view for future use:
    1. Click Save as.
    2. Enter a name for the list view.
    3. Click Save.
