          Transfer Ownership of an Active Workflow in Agentforce Operations

          Reassign ownership of a running workflow to a new user or team when the current workflow owner leaves the organization or changes roles in Agentforce Operations.

          Required Editions

          License Required

          This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Operations license.

          To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive.

          If a workflow owner leaves the organization or changes roles, transfer ownership of the active workflow to a new user or team so the work can continue uninterrupted.

          1. Open the workflow.
          2. Go to the Access tab.
          3. In the workflow owner field, select the new user or team.
          4. Save your changes.
            The new owner receives an email notification and now has full edit access to the workflow.
