Create a Workflow from Scratch in Agentforce Operations

Build a one-time workflow directly without using a blueprint in Agentforce Operations.

          Required Editions

          License Required

This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Operations license.

To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive.

          Role or Access Needed
To create workflows in Agentforce Operations: Admin role, Creator role, or Workflow owner access
To manage workflows in Agentforce Operations: Admin role, Workflow owner access, or Edit access

You can create a workflow directly without a blueprint. This option is best for personal use or one-time workflow runs that you don't plan to repeat. For recurring processes or workflows that others will run, create a blueprint first so you can reuse and share the structure. See Create an Automation Template with a Blueprint in Agentforce Operations.

          1. In the navigation sidebar, click + Create.
          2. Click Workflow.
          3. Click From scratch.
          4. Enter a name for the workflow.
          5. Click + Add stage and enter a stage name.
          6. In the stage, add a task.
For details on task options, see Tasks in Agentforce Operations.
          7. Repeat the previous two steps to add more stages and tasks as needed.
          8. Click Start workflow.
Agentforce Operations starts the workflow and assigns the first tasks to their assignees.
