Understanding Workflow Access in Agentforce Operations

Understand the difference in workflow access between the user who creates a blueprint and the user designated as the workflow owner in Agentforce Operations.

          Required Editions

          License Required

This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Operations license.

To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive.

The workflow owner has Edit access to workflows and can delete them. The workflow owner receives updates as tasks complete.

The blueprint creator has Comment access to workflows by default and can't edit or delete them unless the blueprint creator also has the Admin role.

Each user has exactly one workflow permission level: Edit, Comment, or View.

Workflow Access Levels for Blueprint Creators and Workflow Owners
          Role Access level Can delete
Blueprint Creator Comment No (unless Admin role)
          Workflow Owner Edit Yes
