This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires an Agentforce Operations license. To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive. |
The workflow owner has Edit access to workflows and can delete them. The workflow owner receives updates as tasks complete.
The blueprint creator has Comment access to workflows by default and can't edit or delete them unless the blueprint creator also has the Admin role.
Each user has exactly one workflow permission level: Edit, Comment, or View.
