Move an Element to a Group

Move an existing element into a group, even if it's already in a different group.

User Permissions Needed
To create and manage flow element groups :	Manage Flow

Note You don't need to be an admin to have the Manage Flow permission. Ask your admin to add it to your profile or permission set.

Open the Flows list view.
- From the Automation app, select the Flows tab.
- From the Flows tab in any Lightning app, click the actions menu and select Open Flow.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
Click an existing flow to open it, or create a flow by clicking New or New Flow.
If the target group is collapsed, expand it so that you can select a location inside it.
If the element is in a group that's collapsed, expand it so that you can select a location inside it.
On the element card of the element you want to move, click on the element card, and then select Cut Element.
Select the location inside the group where you want to place the element and click the clipboard.
The element moves into the group that you selected and connects to the surrounding elements on the path. If the element was already in a different group, it's removed from that group.
Save your flow.
