Get Related Emails Action

Get Related Emails Action

Get a list of emails that are related to a specific record and that were logged within a specified date range. This action is available in flows running API version 66.0 and later.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience

View supported editions.

In Flow Builder, add an Action element to your flow. In the Action panel, search for Related Emails, and then select Get Related Emails.

Set Input Values

Use values from earlier in the flow to set the inputs for the action.

Field	Description
Email Count	Required. The number of records retrieved and stored in the emailCollection variable.
End Date	Required. The last date in the date range from which to retrieve emails.
Record ID	Required. The unique ID of the parent record from which the related emails will be retrieved.
Start Date	Required. The first date in the date range from which to retrieve emails.

Store Output Values

Field	Description
Email Collection	A collection of email records associated with the input record ID for the specified date range.

Usage

The Get Related Emails action is primarily used with Agentforce for Sales. All flows are supported, including screen flows, schedule-triggered flows, and record-triggered flows.
