In Flow Builder, add an Action element to your flow. In the Action panel, search for Related Emails, and then select Get Related Emails.
Use values from earlier in the flow to set the inputs for the action.

| Email Count | Required. The number of records retrieved and stored in the emailCollection variable. |
| End Date | Required. The last date in the date range from which to retrieve emails. |
| Record ID | Required. The unique ID of the parent record from which the related emails will be retrieved. |
| Start Date | Required. The first date in the date range from which to retrieve emails. |

The Get Related Emails action is primarily used with Agentforce for Sales. All flows are supported, including screen flows, schedule-triggered flows, and record-triggered flows.
