When someone submits a record for approval, the flow approval process assigns approval
work items to the designated approvers for each step. You can find your assigned work items from
an email notification or from the Approval Work Items list view. How you access your work item
determines which completion methods are available to you.
Complete an Approval Work Item from an Email Notification When the flow approval process assigns you an approval work item, you receive an email notification. If your org has email reply enabled, you can complete the work item by replying to the email with a keyword. You can also click the record link to complete the approval step in the Orchestration Work Guide.
Complete an Approval Work Item from the Approval Work Items List View Use the Approval Work Items list view to find and complete your assigned approval work items. From the list view, you can select the Review action to complete an approval work item with the default approval screen flow. You can also open the record to complete the approval work item with the screen flow that the approval step calls.
