Turn on DevOps Center Governance

Turn on DevOps Center Governance to unlock Policy Controls and start enforcing predefined security and compliance policies for Agentforce Vibes coding agents across your org.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional (API access required), Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
User Permissions Needed
To turn on DevOps Center Governance: DevOps Center Admin
  1. From the App Launcher, find and open DevOps Center.
  2. On the DevOps Center home page, click Manage Features.
  3. Turn on Governance.

The Governance tab appears in the DevOps Center navigation. Under Governance in the left navigation, Policy Controls is now available. All six predefined policies are turned on by default. You can turn individual policies on or off at any time from Policy Controls.

To review and manage your active policies, see Access Policy Controls.

Note
Note In existing orgs, the Governance tab may not appear automatically. If it isn't visible, an admin must turn it on from Tab Settings. Go to Setup, search for Tabs, and add Governance to the visible tabs for your profile or app.
