Assign test suites to a pipeline stage to automate quality checks when a Review Event or
Pre-Promotion Event is triggered for that stage.

On the stage card where you want to add test suites, click
Add.
In the Add Test Suites window, select the checkbox for each test suite you want to
assign.
Click Add.
The selected test suites now appear on the stage card and will run automatically when the
stage's Review Event or Pre-Promotion Event is triggered.
Note Assign test suites from multiple providers to the same stage to build layered coverage
— for example, Apex Unit Testing for code logic and Code Analyzer v5 for security
scanning.
