If automated testing fails during a Pre-Promotion Event, review the test results to identify which test suites or quality gate criteria blocked the promotion.

          1. From the DevOps Center navigation menu, select the DevOps Pipelines tab.
          2. Locate the pipeline stage — such as Integration or Staging — containing the work item you want to review, then click the sidebar in the stage to open Test Results.
          3. In the Test Results modal, review the following fields:
            • Tests Passed — the number of tests that passed out of the total run (for example, 39/40).
            • Test Execution Result — the overall outcome of the test run.
            • Quality Gate Result — whether the work item met the quality gate criteria for the destination stage.
          4. Click View Details.
A Test Suite Group Execution record page opens, click on the realted list to see each test suite excecution details.
          Note
Note If the Quality Gate Result shows failed, the promotion is blocked. Resolve the test failures before retrying the promotion.
