          Create License Utilization Alert

          Sends a notification to specified users when license utilization reaches or exceeds a specified threshold.

          Set Input Values

          Field Description
          License Names

          Required. A list of license names. These names are identical to how they appear in the Digital Wallet License Utilization tab. Maximum of 50 licenses can be processed per request.

          License Type Required. Indicates the type of licenses supported. Valid values: UserLicense, PermissionSetLicense.
          Alert Trigger Type Required. The type of alert being triggered: ThresholdPercent.
          Alert Trigger Value Required. The ThresholdPercent that triggers the alert.

          Set Output Values

          Field Description
          Message An explanation of why the alert wasn’t created, or a success message indicating how many alerts were created.
          Created Alert IDs A list of record IDs for the alerts that were created. Maximum of 50 alerts can be processed per request.

          Usage

          Use Create License Utilization Alert to proactively monitor license consumption in your Salesforce organization. This action allows you to:

          • Monitor both user licenses and permission set licenses.
          • Set up automated alerts when usage reaches specified thresholds.
          • Prevent license shortages by triggering notifications before running out.
          • Process up to 50 licenses in a single request.
