Assign to User Element

The Assign to User element is a marketing completion action that automatically assigns a lead to a user that you select.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Marketing Cloud Growth or Advanced Edition
Available in: All editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability

Considerations

  • This action is available for audience flows only.
  • This action overrides previous assignments. Notes, attachments, and open activities related to the lead aren't reassigned.

Set Input Values

Select the user from the element settings in Flow Builder.

User Represents a user in your Salesforce org.

Store Output Values

Output Parameter Description
Failed Individual IDs

Provides a comma-separated list of IDs of individuals who failed to trigger this action. Use this information with a fault connector to log, notify, or try again.
