Change Order Summary Submit Action
In Salesforce Order Management, submit the requested changes to an order summary, including item, delivery group, tax, and adjustment changes. This action is available in flows running API version 67.0 and later.

| This feature requires the Salesforce Order Management add-on. To purchase, contact your Salesforce account executive. |
In Flow Builder, add an Action element to your flow. Select the Order Management category, and search for Change Order Summary Submit.
Set Input Values
Use values from earlier in the flow to set the inputs.

| Change Order Adjustment Group Summaries Input | A collection of order adjustment group summary changes to submit. Each record contains the details for one adjustment group change. |
| Change Order Delivery Group Summaries Input | A collection of order delivery group summary changes to submit. Each record contains the details for one delivery group change. |
| Change Order Item Adjustment Line Summaries Input | A collection of order item adjustment line summary changes to submit. Each record contains the details for one adjustment line change. |
| Change Order Item Summaries Input | A collection of order item summary changes to submit. Each record contains the details for one item change. |
| Change Order Item Tax Line Item Summaries Input | A collection of order item tax line item summary changes to submit. Each record contains the details for one tax line item change. |
| Change Order Reference Number | The reference number of the change order associated with the order summary. |
| Change Reason | The reason for the requested changes to the order. |
| Order Summary | The order summary record to submit changes for. |
| Order Summary ID | Required. The ID of the order summary record to submit changes for. |
Store Output Values

Usage
Use this action to submit changes to an order summary after previewing them with the Change Order Summary Preview action. The action processes changes to items, delivery groups, taxes, and adjustments.
- Use a Change Order Summary Preview action first to preview the expected results of the changes.
- Display the preview output for the user to review before submitting.
- When the user verifies the expected results, pass the same input to this action to submit the changes.
