Assign Operating Hours to Service Territories, Service Territory Members, and Work
Types
Assign operating hours to a work type, service territory, or service territory member
using the Operating Hours field on the respective record page.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience.
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
On a work type, service territory, or service territory member record page, edit the
Operating Hours field.
Tip You can navigate to a service territory member record in any of these ways:
On the service resource record page, find the Service Territories related list, then
click the member number.
On the service territory record page, find the Service Territory Members related list,
then click the member number for the territory member.
Select a set of operating hours from the list.
Note If you have a set of operating hours with concurrent time slots, assign it to the service
territory member. If you assign it to a work type or service territory, the concurrent time
slots aren’t available during appointment scheduling.
Note If you don’t assign operating hours to a service territory member, it automatically uses
its service territory’s operating hours. And if you don’t assign operating hours to a work
type, it’s considered to be always available.
