            Assign Work Types to Service Territories in Salesforce Scheduler

            Map each work type (appointment template) to a service territory (location).

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience.
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
            1. From the Related tab on a service territory record page, click New on the Service Territory Work Types related list.
            2. Select a work type.
            3. Save your changes.
