Get Service Resource Name

Retrieve the name of the service resource from the service resource ID.

User Permissions Needed
To open, edit, or create a flow in Flow Builder:	Manage Flow
To run a flow:	Run Flows

From the Elements panel, drag Get Records onto the canvas.
Enter a name, such as Get Service Resource Name, and an API name, such as Get_Service_Resource_Name for the element.
In the Object field, select Service Resource.
From the Condition Requirements dropdown, select All Conditions Are Met (AND).
Add this condition:
- Id in Field
- Equals in Operator
- {!ServiceResource.ServiceResourceId} in Value
For How Many Records to Store, select Only the first record.
For How to Store Record Data, select Choose fields and assign variables (advanced).
Under Select Variable to Store Lead, in the Record field, click + New Resource.
In the New Resource dialog:
1. From the Resource Type dropdown list, select Variable.
2. Enter an API name, such as ServiceResourceName for the record.
3. From the Data Type dropdown list, select Record.
4. In the Object field, select ServiceResource, and then click Done.
In the Field field, select Name.
Select When no records are returned, set specified variables to null, and then click Done.
Connect the Get Assigned Resource element with this Get Records element.

Add an Update Records element to update service resource record with service resource name.
