Set Up Experience Site for Authenticated External Users for Enrollment and Unenrollment

Create an experience site that your authenticated external users (customers and partners) can use to enroll to and unenroll from the group service appointment.

Available in: Lightning Experience.
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
User Permissions Needed
To create an Experience Cloud site: Create and Set Up Experiences AND View Setup and Configuration
To customize an Experience Cloud site:
  • Be a member of the site AND Create and Set Up Experiences
  • OR
  • Be a member of the site AND an experience admin, publisher, or builder in that site
To publish an Experience Cloud site:
  • Be a member of the site AND Create and Set Up Experiences
  • OR
  • Be a member of the site AND an experience admin or publisher in that site
To run a flow in an Experience Builder site Run Flows
  1. Create an Experience Cloud Site.
  2. In the builder, create a custom page with public access.
  3. Add the configured Enroll or Unenroll Service Appointment Attendees flow to the experience site. See Configure the Enroll and Unenroll Service Appointment Attendees Flow for Experience Site Setup.
  4. Add the My Appointments component to a new page.
    1. Open the Pages menu on the top toolbar, and then click New Page.
    2. Click Standard Page, and then click New Blank Page.
    3. Select a layout, and then click Next.
    4. Enter a name, such as My Appointments and a URL, such as my-appointments.
    5. Enter an API Name, and then click Create.
      Note
      Note If you don’t specify an API name, Salesforce assigns one by using the name that you entered. You can find the name used in the properties of the page.
    6. In the Builder, click Components components icon, and then drag the My Appointments component onto your page.
  5. To list upcoming group appointments, create another custom page, and then add the runtime_appointmentbooking:upcomingGroupAppts component to the page.
  6. Save your changes and publish them.
