Обновление лицензии пользователя Experience Cloud позволяет предоставить ему доступ к дополнительным данным на сайте. С помощью правильного сочетания полномочий посредством новой лицензии, профиля, роли и наборов полномочий пользователя можно сохранить запись пользователя и журнал Chatter.

Доступно в версиях: Enterprise Edition, Performance Edition, Unlimited Edition и Developer Edition
Введите строку «Пользователи» в поле «Быстрый поиск» в меню «Настройка» и выберите пункт «Пользователи».
Нажмите кнопку «Правка» напротив нужного пользователя.
Выберите новую лицензию, профиль и роль для пользователя.
По желанию, укажите новый профиль и роль.
Примечание Если организация, к которой принадлежит пользователь, не имеет ролей, мы создаем одну из них в фоновом режиме и назначаем низшую роль, существующую в иерархии. Если в организации есть роли, необходимо выбрать одну из них и назначить низшую роль, существующую в иерархии.
