When you contact Salesforce Support about a next-generation DevOps Center issue, gather these details before opening a case to help support resolve the issue faster.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional (API access required), Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
Not available in: Government Cloud Plus. Contact your Salesforce account executive for more details.
Not available in: EU Operating Zone. EU Operating zone is a special paid offering that provides an enhanced level of data residency commitment. DevOps Center is supported in orgs in the EU that aren't part of EU OZ, per standard product terms and conditions.
  • The approximate timestamp and time zone.
  • The project, pipeline stage, and environment.
  • The work item and current status.
  • The operation that failed.
  • The exact error message.
  • Whether you committed, merged, or deployed outside DevOps Center.
  • Details of the source control provider.

Important Don't include passwords, access tokens, or confidential metadata.
