Page-based quick actions are object-specific and use a "Quick Action Page" type of
Lightning page to define their layout. You configure the fields, sections, visibility rules, and
layout that users see when they trigger the action in the Lightning App Builder.

Page-based quick actions and quick action pages is a pilot or beta service that is subject to
the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot
Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms
Directory. Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.
Create or identify a quick action page to use for the action.
From the management settings for the object for which you want to create an action, go to
Buttons, Links, and Actions.
Click New Action.
For Action Type, select Quick Action Page.
Select the action's behavior.
Select the quick action page to be associated with the action.
Enter a label for the action. Users see this label as the name of the action.
Type a description for the action.
The description appears on the detail page for the action and in the list on the
Buttons, Links, and Actions page. The description isn’t visible to your users.
Optionally, click Change Icon to select a different icon for the
action.
Custom images used for action icons must be less than 1 MB in size.
Save the action.
Add the page-based quick action to the Dynamic Highlights Panel or Dynamic Related List -
Single components on a record page.
