組織でライセンスイベントがトリガーされると、対応するエントリが [設定変更履歴] ページに追加されます。ライセンスイベントを有効にすると、標準エンタイトルメントの配信は通常どおり続行されますが、手動か、指定されたブロックアウト期間外に発生したかに関係なく、すべてのライセンス申請で行が追加されます。
