Considerations for Enabling Person Accounts

Keep these key considerations in mind before turning on person accounts.

• After you’ve turned on person accounts, you can’t turn them off.
• A single person account uses more storage space than a business account.
• You can’t use some AppExchange packages with person accounts. Before you turn on person accounts, check AppExchange or contact the app builder to make sure that person accounts are compatible with the apps that you need.
