Troubleshoot Your Prediction

What if Einstein Prediction Builder gives you no prediction results, or a low-quality prediction? Here are some things to look at.

• Empty Predictions
  Let’s say you build a prediction and get no prediction scores. Explore a possible reason.
• Troubleshoot Stagnant Scores
  Does it seem like your prediction scores haven’t changed in a week or more, or your scorecard results haven’t been updated as often as you’d expect? It’s possible that a managed package or other change to your predicted object is the culprit. Luckily, this problem has an easy fix.
