Salesforce verbinden met uw e-mail- en opnameleveranciers
Als u Einstein Activity Capture (EAC) en Einstein Conversation Insights (ECI) toegang wilt geven tot de e-mailgegevens, agendagegevens en vergaderingsopnamen van uw teams, verbindt u Salesforce met de e-mail- en gespreksopnamesystemen van uw bedrijf.
Vereiste editions
Beschikbaar in: Lightning Experience in Performance en Unlimited edition met Sales Cloud. In Enterprise Edition met Sales Cloud vereist deze voorziening de uitbreiding Agentforce of Omzetintelligence.
De essentiële activiteitsgegevens uit EAC en ECI worden ingevoerd in het scorekader om verkopers navolgbare insights te tonen.
Het model gebruikt alleen de gegevensbronnen die beschikbaar zijn wanneer u de scoreconfiguratie maakt. Als u later een andere bron inschakelt, zoals e-mail of het vastleggen van betrokkenheid of verkoopmethodologie, schakelt u Opportunityscore uit, weer in en maakt u een nieuwe configuratie zodat het model alle beschikbare bronnen kan gebruiken.
