Review Score Drivers from the Opportunity Score Column
Hover over an opportunity score to open the details and review strengths and gaps
behind the Healthy, Caution, or At Risk category. Use those insights to choose the next
conversation or follow-up that moves the deal forward.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience in Performance and Unlimited
editions with Sales Cloud. In Enterprise Edition with Sales Cloud, this
feature requires the Agentforce or Revenue Intelligence add-on.

Make sure the Opportunity Score column is visible in your Pipeline Inspection view.
When you hover over a score, the Opportunity Score details open. At the top, Score shows
the current Healthy, Caution, or At Risk category, and Trend shows whether the deal is
accelerating or slipping. Below that, Strengths list what’s helping the deal, and Gaps list
what’s holding it back. Weigh strengths and gaps with what you know about the deal. Don’t
treat any single insight as the full story.
You can view opportunity score the same way on the Pipeline Forecasting page.
On the Opportunities tab, click Pipeline Inspection.
In the Opportunity Score column, hover over a score category.
The Opportunity Score window opens and shows score, trend, strenghts, and gaps.
