Define the score ranges that classify opportunities as healthy, caution, or at-risk so
Pipeline Inspection and related views match how your teams prioritize deals. Update the
thresholds when your sales process or score distribution changes. Then confirm category behavior
in pipeline views.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience in Performance and Unlimited
editions with Sales Cloud. In Enterprise Edition with Sales Cloud, this
feature requires the Agentforce or Revenue Intelligence add-on.

To set Opportunity Score thresholds:
Customize Application AND Modify All Data
Score thresholds convert a numeric opportunity score into a Healthy, Caution, or At Risk
category. Choose ranges that reflect how your sales org defines deal health so managers and
reps can act on categories consistently in pipeline reviews.
From the gear menu, select Salesforce Go, and then search for
Opportunity Score on the Salesforce Go Home page.
In the Unlock Advanced Functionality section, click Manage next
to Set Opportunity Score Thresholds.
In the Set Opportunity Score Thresholds window, set values for the
Healthy and At Risk categories.
Click Save.
