Use the Opportunity Score column to quickly identify healthy-, caution-, and
at-risk-likelihood deals in your pipeline. Sort and scan score categories so you can focus
coaching and follow-up on the deals that need attention first.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience in Performance and Unlimited
editions with Sales Cloud. In Enterprise Edition with Sales Cloud, this
feature requires the Agentforce or Revenue Intelligence add-on.

To view Opportunity Score in Pipeline Inspection:
Pipeline Inspection User permissions
Ask your Salesforce admin to turn on Opportunity Score and add the Opportunity Score column
to the Pipeline Inspection views that you use.
Opportunity Score shows how likely an open opportunity is to close as won, using Healthy,
Caution, and At Risk categories. Use the categories to prioritize your pipeline reviews. If
your org previously showed older tiered Einstein opportunity scores, Opportunity Score
replaces that experience with these categories and richer factor details.
You can view opportunity score the same way on the Pipeline Forecasting page.
On the Opportunities tab, click Pipeline Inspection.
In the opportunity list, find the Opportunity Score
column.
If you don’t see the column, add it to your view, or ask your Salesforce admin to make
it available.
Review each opportunity’s score category.
Healthy: The deal looks more likely to close won.
Caution: The deal has mixed signals. Dig in before you
commit.
At Risk: The deal looks at risk or less likely to close
won.
Sort or filter your view so Healthy, Caution, or At Risk deals appear together when you
run pipeline or forecast reviews.
